the Blog
​Welcome to the blog! I grew to have a passion for mental health and raising awareness when I started therapy back in 2020 and found out I have OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and anxiety. Early in my counseling journey, I sought out blogs that would help me understand more about what I was experiencing. I hoped to read from people who had similar experiences. At that time, I struggled to find said resources, so I decided to start writing about my own experiences so that other people would feel less alone in their journeys. I have loved writing as both an outlet and a source of enjoyment and wanted to bring all of this together by creating a blog space for a variety of mental health topics.
